Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 28 minutes into the game, Guilherme Wisnewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute, Slavo FC's Guilherme Wisnewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After 38 played minutes Slavo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Ribeiro. When Clóvis Pinheiro came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Slavo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clóvis Pinheiro couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Jardel Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Slavo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jardel Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. If Joshua Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jardel Ribeiro in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Jardel Ribeiro sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jardel Ribeiro's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 79th match minute, Slavo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Washington Lopes to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th match minute, Slavo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Mnich to maneuver through the defense. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Slavo FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
