Suleskard's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Mauseth in the 5th minute. A well done corner resulted in Torjus Fjellheim drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Venezuela's goalkeeper. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Suleskard's Alf Nøttveit nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 20 minutes into the match, Kjetil Gunnarsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjetil Gunnarsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. If Torjus Fjellheim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Torjus Fjellheim made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torjus Fjellheim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Alf Nøttveit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Nøttveit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Torjus Fjellheim sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Kjetil Gunnarsen came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torjus Fjellheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Alf Nøttveit made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Alf Nøttveit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. 1-8 became the score in the 68th minute when Kjetil Gunnarsen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Torjus Fjellheim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suleskard fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-9. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Nøttveit in the 86th minute of play. Torjus Fjellheim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 89 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suleskard the free kick. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. 94 minutes into the match, Suleskard's Rocky Ryland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Suleskard's Fredrik Molland dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-10. When the match was over Suleskard could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Venezuela throughout the match.
