Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Adolf Levi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Figueroa came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jk Tammeka 90 were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agur Nahasepp took the corner. In the 27th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Melo came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Figueroa in the 34th minute of play. Efrain Figueroa took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 41st match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Murillo to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Americo Bonadona put in a rough tackle. After the first half Jk Tammeka 90 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 52nd minute of play forced Jk Tammeka 90's goalkeeper Adolf Levi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Milagros Fraga got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 59th minute of play forced Jk Tammeka 90's goalkeeper Adolf Levi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 62nd minute, but Rolando Noboa got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Peru hanging dry this time. Rolando Noboa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 73rd minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolf Levi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Jk Tammeka 90's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Adolf Levi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Pedro Melo struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jk Tammeka 90. After having played for 81 minutes, Zbigniew Trela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jk Tammeka 90's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbigniew Trela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Maurinho Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jk Tammeka 90's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurinho Braga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolf Levi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Antonio Tenorio made a precise shot to the right of Adolf Levi. Jk Tammeka 90's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 96 minutes into the match, Jk Tammeka 90's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Adolf Levi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jk Tammeka 90 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
