Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. Joaquin Gayoso was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Dominic Jamieson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dominic Jamieson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With an all-out effort, Bolivar's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dominic Jamieson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. The corner ended in Patrik Stöckert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso did a great save. After a rather tough play, Bolivar's Tedj Sellal got a free kick in the 21st minute. Dominic Jamieson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Dominic Jamieson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. Afiz Ching showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute Alberto Gisbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Ching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Uruguay! Joaquin Gayoso had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Patrik Stöckert's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Tedj Sellal put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Jorge Sainz charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Sainz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uruguay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tedj Sellal to make the kick off. If Hamid Merah-Benida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominic Jamieson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brett Cordrey in the 60th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tedj Sellal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 86 minutes into the match, Bolivar's Tedj Sellal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 88th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bolivar's Dominic Jamieson. But to his dismay, Dominic Jamieson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bolivar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
