ATHLETICO PRaiano's Sílvio Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting a goal against them. Sílvio Pires was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Sílvio Pires in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sílvio Pires. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. Sílvio Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play. Sílvio Pires came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 47 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Sílvio Pires was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 9-0 at half-time.
