Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Opilano in the 19th minute of play. Sebastian Quirce made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the game, Pan FC's 许明卫 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Opilano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 40th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute 许明卫 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Edward Mcdonald got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pan FC's zone, Edward Mcdonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Quirce came out of the goal and Edward Mcdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute 许明卫 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nelson Hawley who took care of the corner kick. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 许明卫 in the 56th minute of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 许明卫, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Pan FC's Ambrosio Opilano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 64th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Zach Harrison fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sebastian Quirce quite easily take care of the ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pan FC made a substitution. Arnaldo Urtzi replaced 许明卫. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Pan FC's Esteve Cordarrel was substituted for Primitivo Laurendi. Pan FC made a substitution. Sixto Raymond replaced Nelson Hawley. Pan FC's attentive Esteve Cordarrel managed to snatch the ball when Jenson Smith made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Khalid Parry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Quirce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Urtzi in the 88th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 90th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Sam Campbell put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Quirce. In the 96th minute, Khalid Parry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Quirce was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. There was no doubt that USA were the better team. USA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
