Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Honorio Efraim got the match started through his kick off. Valentinos Sabanis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 3 minutes GloRy F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentinos Sabanis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Valentinos Sabanis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Tinko Vunov kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind GloRy F.C.'s goalkeeper Valentinos Sabanis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentinos Sabanis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. GloRy F.C.'s Valentinos Sabanis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save GloRy F.C. from getting a goal against them. Valentinos Sabanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Valentinos Sabanis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curtis Gorman in the 30th minute of play. GloRy F.C. were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tadeu Luz took the corner. The corner ended in Tadeu Luz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. With a little luck, GloRy F.C.'s Valentinos Sabanis got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentinos Sabanis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentinos Sabanis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentinos Sabanis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Valentinos Sabanis made a huge save. After 43 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. After 45 played minutes GloRy F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Kesoglou. 46 minutes into the match, GloRy F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Valentinos Sabanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Valentinos Sabanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play forced GloRy F.C.'s goalkeeper Valentinos Sabanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentinos Sabanis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Valentinos Sabanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in GloRy F.C.'s zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentinos Sabanis came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 66th minute of play forced GloRy F.C.'s goalkeeper Valentinos Sabanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valentinos Sabanis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 72nd minute of play forced GloRy F.C.'s goalkeeper Valentinos Sabanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentinos Sabanis was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Valentinos Sabanis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GloRy F.C.'s goalkeeper Valentinos Sabanis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute.
