Geo-Winner's Sergey Sabadash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 18th minute of play. Sergey Sabadash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Geo-Winner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladislav Davydov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesar Rioja kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The Geo-Winner players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Sergey Sabadash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. After 54 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sergey Sabadash came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. Geo-Winner's Maksim Dunaevskiy suffered a sore thigh after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Felix Montes's late challenge caught a Geo-Winner's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Montes helped the player get up and apologised. Geo-Winner's Denis Rodimtsev was substituted for Maksim Dunaevskiy. In the 63rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Cesar Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geo-Winner's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Rioja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Andrey Shalikashvili fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Geo-Winner's protests and gave Andrey Shalikashvili a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Geo-Winner got a freekick which was hit by Andrey Shalikashvili. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Sergey Sabadash in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute, Daniel Zorita fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sergey Sabadash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 80th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Geo-Winner's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Juan Sebastián Puig got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sergey Sabadash quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Geo-Winner's Veniamin Gorshkov got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Ecuador played a much better game than Geo-Winner and deserved their victory. The Geo-Winner players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
