Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Janusz Trzaskoma made a huge save. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Millrick's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play forced Wlokniarz Czestochowa's goalkeeper Janusz Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wlokniarz Czestochowa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! The Wlokniarz Czestochowa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janusz Trzaskoma should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Luz Tejedor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Lucjan Klewinski in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 65 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Janusz Trzaskoma. Wlokniarz Czestochowa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qu Xiong Peng in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peru's Anthony Alvarado got a free kick in the 70th minute. 吕挺坤 got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lucjan Klewinski. In the 77th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 80 minutes into the game, one of Wlokniarz Czestochowa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Peru a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luz Tejedor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wlokniarz Czestochowa's Janusz Trzaskoma. 8-0. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. There was no doubt that Peru were the better team. Peru's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
