Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Pereira to make the kick off. Sylwester Pieprz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Sylwester Pieprz made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Sylwester Pieprz in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pekárová rodinka were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Honduras for a fine match.
