Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Izydor Radzyminski went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zryw Samsonów's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Morera came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 26th minute of play forced Zryw Samsonów's goalkeeper Ronnie Gregoire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leszek Bielenda made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luo Ao Le however managed to control. In the 32nd match minute, Zryw Samsonów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gareth Kwiatkowski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 33 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Gregoire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Morera in the 39th minute of play. Pascual Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Luo Ao Le's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Zryw Samsonów getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Leszek Bielenda hit a great ball. Colombia's Axel Montenegro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Zryw Samsonów.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Morera to strike the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Colombia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Ronnie Gregoire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Gregoire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Axel Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Zryw Samsonów's Bahri Ülmen was substituted for Izydor Radzyminski. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Morera in the 75th minute of play. Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Morera in the 82nd minute of the match. Kevin Mastache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Gregoire having to interfere. Ronnie Gregoire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Carballar to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Zryw Samsonów defense, Abram Secada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronnie Gregoire. The Zryw Samsonów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronnie Gregoire should have stopped the shot. After having played for 98 minutes, Ignacio Mastache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Mastache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
