Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Warman de Jager received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 minutes, Gijsbert Bults mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Albertus FC and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gijsbert Bults to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Warman de Jager in the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ted Stroobos, 1-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Warman de Jager in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Warman de Jager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After 26 minutes, Tomas Illescas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Zhou Kang Cheng hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnold Hemmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnold Hemmen made a kick off. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Albertus FC's Arnold Hemmen. But to his dismay, Arnold Hemmen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 58 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by Netzach Nieth. Tomas Illescas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Warman de Jager came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Albertus FC's Arnold Hemmen got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 72nd minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ted Stroobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Warman de Jager tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Stroobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Warman de Jager ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 86th minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ted Stroobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Arnold Hemmen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albertus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnold Hemmen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ted Stroobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 94th minute of play. Albertus FC played a much better game than Venezuela and deserved their victory. The Venezuela players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
