Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Felix Udroiu took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Pompiliu Nisporeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute of play forced F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Pompiliu Nisporeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 15th minute of the game was made by Jovan Markovič with Iulian Cangeopol as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 18th minute of the game, Tomas Illescas landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 18 minutes into the game, Albert Ciorănescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Venezuela's Roberto Ocampo was substituted for Tomas Illescas. Albert Ciorănescu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Roberto Ocampo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Pompiliu Nisporeanu. Pompiliu Nisporeanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pompiliu Nisporeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Roberto Ocampo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Pompiliu Nisporeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Doru Săvescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-1. 36 minutes into the game, Dan Aanuţei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After 44 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Ocampo. Iulian Cangeopol came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Roberto Ocampo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pompiliu Nisporeanu was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Roberto Ocampo made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Roberto Ocampo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto Ocampo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pompiliu Nisporeanu having to interfere. Pompiliu Nisporeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Ocampo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augustin Tâlvescu kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Roberto Ocampo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Pompiliu Nisporeanu made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Roberto Ocampo sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Roşu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Ocampos short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Pompiliu Nisporeanu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Pompiliu Nisporeanu got control of the ball when Roberto Ocampo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Felix Udroiu. But to his dismay, Felix Udroiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 91st minute, one of F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-. After 94 minutes F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joshua Secada who took care of the corner kick. The Venezuela supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Venezuela would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
