After a defensive mix-up in Canada's zone, Izydor Plucinik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jax Williamson came out of the goal and Izydor Plucinik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Fluffy White Bunnies's Coronel Fuster was substituted for Bogumil Biskupiak. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aytuğ Çağa to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 53rd minute of play forced Fluffy White Bunnies's goalkeeper Alisson Beckers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Alfred John in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fluffy White Bunnies's Guido Rodas. In the 56th match minute, Fluffy White Bunnies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Rodas to maneuver through the defense. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Fluffy White Bunnies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aytuğ Çağa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alisson Beckers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter George in the 66th minute of play. Jax Williamson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aytuğ Çağa's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Alisson Beckers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Fluffy White Bunnies made a substitution. Hans Söderqvist replaced Dino Grilli. Alfred John made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luka Harris immediately put the ball in play. Jax Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Niitsoo in the 83rd minute of play. A hard shot 88 in the game by Gabriel Niitsoo from a close distance when the talented Jax Williamson managed to make a qualified save. Canada's players were relieved. Alisson Beckers came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Canada's Theo Burton. But to his dismay, Theo Burton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guido Rodas during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Canada booed when Fluffy White Bunnies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Canada were the better team. Canada's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
