Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Cassius Byrne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ranelagh F.C.'s Francisco Behe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Ranelagh F.C. from getting a goal against them. Francisco Behe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Edward Mcdonald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Francisco Behe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute Armando Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Behe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. Diego Bradley made a great header on USA's corner, it was just that Ranelagh F.C.'s Francisco Behe managed to reach the ball for a save. 25 minutes into the match, Ranelagh F.C.'s goalkeeper Francisco Behe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. Monty Rogers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Francisco Behe made a huge save. The corner ended in Cassius Byrne almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ranelagh F.C.'s Francisco Behe did a great save. Cassius Byrne scored 4-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Behe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute Eusebio Mattin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Ranelagh F.C. were awarded a corner. Felix Eneko went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Felix Eneko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Aznar was the one to do the kick off. After 57 played minutes Ranelagh F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Ireno. 59 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Francisco Behe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 69th minute of play forced Ranelagh F.C.'s goalkeeper Francisco Behe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Mattin in the 72nd minute of the match. When USA's Cassius Byrne in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ranelagh F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute, Ranelagh F.C.'s Armando Aznar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marco Day. Marco Day yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. Khalid Parry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Armando Aznar came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ranelagh F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Aznar couldn't finish the play. Cirilo Geofredo succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. USA fully deserved thier win.
