Yahia van der Saar came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Mayonnaise's Elias Tharaldsen. But to his dismay, Elias Tharaldsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Damaso Xacintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ksawery Bondel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Clayton Gol could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-1 into the left cross. 32 minutes into the game, Clayton Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ksawery Bondel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Krister Örtlund in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sheriff's Alejandro Rubin. When AC Mayonnaise's Elias Tharaldsen in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Emanuel Messi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yahia van der Saar. Sheriff's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The wind increased when Elias Tharaldsen made the kick off in the second half. Ksawery Bondel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clayton Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Clayton Gol came free, but Ksawery Bondel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Dragoş Bălace in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AC Mayonnaise's Emanuel Messi. Elias Tharaldsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Yahia van der Saar made a huge save. AC Mayonnaise made a substitution. Fredrik Åström replaced Elias Tharaldsen. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sheriff's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fredrik Åström was slow to take the kick. During this time AC Mayonnaise's players had a chance to rest. Ksawery Bondel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clayton Gol in the 78th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Clayton Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ksawery Bondel was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Ksawery Bondel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clayton Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Fredrik Åström took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yahia van der Saar. After some careless play in the AC Mayonnaise defense, Clayton Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ksawery Bondel. The AC Mayonnaise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ksawery Bondel should have stopped the shot.
