Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominic Colebrants, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin got a freekick which was hit by Teun Van Heurick. Ivan Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Dominic Colebrants got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alan Campos charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Campos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute of the match Bobby Gyselincx sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacobo Nores skillfully saved the ball. Jaime Pardo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Wesley De Wever skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wesley De Wever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Hector Covarrubias. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dominic Colebrants was the one to do the kick off. When Paraguay's Jaime Pardo in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Primitivo Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wesley De Wever didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Pardo went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Teun Van Heurick kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Hector Covarrubias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominic Colebrants, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Natan Coekx hit a great ball. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Paraguay's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
