Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Biegun in the 4th minute of the match. After 6 played minutes Nadodrze Wrocław got a freekick which was hit by Hadji Diouf. Lucjan Zbytniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 12th minute of play. Lucjan Zbytniewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 13th minute of the match. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Zbytniewski having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Macos Graciani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nadodrze Wrocław the free kick. Borys Biegun took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Llorienzo Orozco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucjan Zbytniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Lucjan Zbytniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 38th minute of play forced Nadodrze Wrocław's goalkeeper Lucjan Zbytniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave Mexico a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Joel Gaona, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Llorienzo Orozco made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Joel Gaona rounded Nadodrze Wrocław's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. 59 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucjan Zbytniewski, 1-3. After 61 minutes, Elliot Hellbom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nadodrze Wrocław and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 63rd minute of play forced Nadodrze Wrocław's goalkeeper Lucjan Zbytniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Nadodrze Wrocław's Llorienzo Orozco. But to his dismay, Llorienzo Orozco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Nadodrze Wrocław made a substitution. Ulryk Mruk replaced Walery Hajto. Nadodrze Wrocław's Hugon Podowski was substituted for Borys Biegun. Elliot Hellbom hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lucjan Zbytniewski could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Leoz during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 minutes, Hadji Diouf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nadodrze Wrocław and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 85 played minutes Nadodrze Wrocław got a freekick which was hit by Hadji Diouf. Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Nadodrze Wrocław from getting a goal against them. Lucjan Zbytniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Nadodrze Wrocław's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval suffered a sprained foot after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 96 minutes of play Nadodrze Wrocław's Hadji Diouf was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mexico made a substitution. Xavier Seco replaced Facundo Cadaval. The supporters of Mexico booed when Nadodrze Wrocław was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hadji Diouf didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
