Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. Brugge United's Vítor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Brugge United booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abram Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guido Vissenaeken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Guido Vissenaeken rounded Colombia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 23rd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Baia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Vissenaeken came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of play forced Brugge United's goalkeeper Vítor Baia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Brugge United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaspar Van Den Broeck in the 42nd minute. Sandro Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento got a free kick in the 47th minute. Brugge United made a substitution. Arnauld Van Impe replaced Guido Vissenaeken. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnauld Van Impe was the one to do the kick off. Arnauld Van Impe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Arnauld Van Impe came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandro Gaúcho made in the 62nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Waud Huijbrechts immediately put the ball in play. Orlando Tafalla made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Santino Seco. Brugge United's Vítor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Arnauld Van Impe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnauld Van Impe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 74th minute Ümit Karan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Brugge United's Ümit Karan. But to his dismay, Ümit Karan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Vítor Baia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Brugge United got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Roşculeţ. Vítor Baia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 86th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Vítor Baia threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ignacio Mastache, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Kevin Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnauld Van Impe in the 94th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Pietrowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Vítor Baia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Secada went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brugge United.
