Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dominic Colebrants started the match with the kick off. Alfredo Ferrant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Henk Van Cauwenbergh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Joshua Miralles hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominic Colebrants in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Freixa saved Bolivia from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Peter-Jan Weba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alfonso de la Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso de la Cruz couldn't finish the play. Mario Fernandino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wesley De Wever read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Wesley De Wever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso de la Cruz might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wesley De Wever. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfonso de la Cruz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karel-Jan Biermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Fernandino to make the kick off. Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Wesley De Wever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso de la Cruz in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Henk Van Cauwenbergh hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Ferrant in the 74th minute of play forced Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's goalkeeper Wesley De Wever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Bolivia were awarded a corner. Mario Fernandino went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Bolivia's corner Mario Fernandino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wesley De Wever quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Fernandino in the 84th minute of play forced Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's goalkeeper Wesley De Wever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wesley De Wever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes of play, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wesley De Wever was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Alfredo Ferrant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bolivia players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
