When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruninho Zanette made a kick off. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruninho Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 59thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Davi Paraense would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruninho Zanette in the 64th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Davi Paraense firmly grabbed it by the left post.
