Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Stonehouse in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Egg Chasers FC were awarded a corner. Rex Wall went to the cornerflag to take it. 11 minutes into the game, Peter Crouch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14th minute, Damian Stonehouse made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Paraguay's Ivan Prats managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rex Attenborough in the 17 minute of the game. In the 21st minute of the match Egg Chasers FC got a corner. Paraguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rex Wall ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Rex Wall got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacobo Nores quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Stonehouse in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Damian Stonehouse got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Crouch in the 30th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matthew Brookman went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hector Covarrubias during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Peter Crouch put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. Peter Crouch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Peter Crouch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Matthew Brookman scored 0-5 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Peter Crouch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egg Chasers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Crouch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavier Zoido during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Zoido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paraguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Damian Stonehouse scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Nores, making the score, 0-9. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Egg Chasers FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
