Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christijan van Asseldonk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Joeri Buys took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Joeri Buys made a precise shot to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ernso Constant hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gertjan van Damme during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gertjan van Damme hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the game, Frits Platvoet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albertus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haiti the free kick. The supporters of Haiti booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frits Platvoet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Joeri Buys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christijan van Asseldonk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joeri Buys in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Ernso Constant got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Alphonse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Joeri Buys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Joeri Buys sent off a good shot on target. Noel Seide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hubert Ottens made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Frits Platvoet. In the 82nd match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodney Emmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Ernso Constant kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The Haiti fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Albertus FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
