Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, TaTeRo Boys's Zé Carlos Mendonça got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Carlos Mendonça was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Zé Carlos Mendonça came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Carlos Mendonça, 4-0. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Carlos Mendonça. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, TaTeRo Boys's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Zé Carlos Mendonça to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 31 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Zé Carlos Mendonça was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Carlos Mendonça. Zé Carlos Mendonça yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. In the 42nd minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. In the 47th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Carlos Mendonça was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Zé Carlos Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, TaTeRo Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Zé Carlos Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the TaTeRo Boys defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Mendonça. The TaTeRo Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Carlos Mendonça should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 62nd minute of play forced TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Zé Carlos Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Carlos Mendonça. Zé Carlos Mendonça dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Mendonça having to interfere. Zé Carlos Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes TaTeRo Boys got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Loureiro.
