Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Cipriano Gilabert put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match ARLO FC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eric Connor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Pipis Kaķacis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Gipuzkoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, ARLO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Denis Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Eric Connor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Gilabert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Cordero came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Gilabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Sebastian Juvenal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute Nico Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rdth minute of the game Cipriano Gilabert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denis Gipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 75th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Cipriano Gilabert sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Cipriano Gilabert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denis Gipuzkoa having to make a save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
