Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tincho Palermo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Nestor Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simbo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tincho Palermo. In the 11th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Mías Khalifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Julian Murillo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Tincho Palermo hit a great ball. Mías Khalifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play. Carlos Trinidad hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Nestor Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Liviu Gherghescu lost his temper 29 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Simbo FC! Simbo FC:s Mías Khalifa showed great skill when he stopped Luz Tejedor:s penalty. In the 38th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mías Khalifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luz Tejedor hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sabri Ravelli who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Simbo FC's corner Carlos Trinidad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rolando Noboa quite easily take care of the ball. Carlos Trinidad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Rolando Noboa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Prats came free, but Mías Khalifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Mías Khalifa made a huge save. Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán was substituted for Tincho Palermo. With a little luck, Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simbo FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 95th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Peru's Antonio Tenorio to fire away a dangerous shot which Mías Khalifa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
