Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Elazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Gustavo Cordaryal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cipriano Elazar. Cipriano Elazar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Cipriano Elazar however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 26th minute of play forced Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Elazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zuberbühler FC's Cipriano Elazar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Zuberbühler FC from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Cristian Sancho sped through Zuberbühler FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cipriano Elazar. Zuberbühler FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Cipriano Elazar, making the score, 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Elazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Gustavo Cordaryal suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 61 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuberbühler FC the free kick. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Siro Dantel replaced Gustavo Cordaryal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Mouricio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Cipriano Elazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of the match. Cipriano Elazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Cipriano Elazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Isidro Martxelin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 80 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cipriano Elazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zuberbühler FC's goalie prevented a goal. 86 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Elazar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
