The supporters of Paraguay booed when EKIPAACHIMAAAAA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Zerde didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Jaime Pardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 43 minutes into the match, EKIPAACHIMAAAAA's goalkeeper Iwo Penczkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Primitivo Escribano. EKIPAACHIMAAAAA's Iwo Penczkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 44th minute of play. Zachary Zerde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 81st minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Penczkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. Paraguay had played much better football throughout.
