In the 40thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aragorn's Andrés Casado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Aragorn getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tony Stark hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, Christiano Mangueira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Joaquin Prats quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Aragorn's Andrés Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Aragorn had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
