In the 12th minute, Alparslan Türkeş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Angelo Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Stefan Zawadzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Zawadzki in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Borges in the 45th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes, Stefan Zawadzki made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Stefan Zawadzki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stefan Zawadzki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Zawadzki in the 57th minute of play. Stefan Zawadzki spun around in front of the goal 58 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Honduras's goal. 66 minutes into the match, Stefan Zawadzki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Zawadzki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. The throw-in from Tris Townsley in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. In the 79th minute, Angelo Borges got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Gafur Dolunay was substituted for Bozkurt Kabil. Angelo Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Stefan Zawadzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Stefan Zawadzki tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Angelo Borges made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded ѕєηαтσякσвяα left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Honduras.
