Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aurelio Rivas got the match started through his kick off. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Montes Quevedo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 24 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Montes Quevedo. Fetiyerd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Montes Quevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severiano Rua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere.

In the 80th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montes Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's attack was well implemented in the 80th minute, but when Luca Zorita was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The supporters of Fetiyerd booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
