Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Julian Murillo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute, Milagros Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Quentin made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Carlos Quentin made a huge save. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Roldanillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Agustin Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Pincha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos-Salvador Bilardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Quentin. Carlos Quentin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With an all-out effort, Peru's Carlos Quentin threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 35th minute Agustin Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramon-Angel Sadurni kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Carlos Quentin came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Carlos Quentin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Victorio Hondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pincha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcial Roldanillo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play forced Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Quentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Agustin Silvino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Agustin Silvino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 72nd minute of play forced Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Silvino came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Quentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carlos Quentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Silvino in the 80th minute of the match. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Marcial Roldanillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pincha FC's German Merexildo was substituted for Agustin Silvino. Pincha FC made a substitution. Darren McDonald replaced Victorio Hondo. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pincha FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Peru.
