Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of play forced U.P. Gavellese's goalkeeper Bruno Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Rubio Gaztelumendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Mazza came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by U.P. Gavellese's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Luca Zorita was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Mazza having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Mazza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 42 minutes into the game, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Mazza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Alessio Volta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

U.P. Gavellese's Bruno Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, U.P. Gavellese's goalkeeper Bruno Mazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Gaona. Elpidio Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, U.P. Gavellese's goalkeeper Bruno Mazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. Bruno Mazza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 65th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Volta in the 67th minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Volta came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Mazza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 77th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Kaká in the 81st minute of play. After 81st play minutes Alessio Volta shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Dante Lacasa and just under the crossbar into goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Volta, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to U.P. Gavellese getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fortunato Lemme hit a great ball. In the 95th minute Ricardo Kaká shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The U.P. Gavellese supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
