Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amine Philibert got the match started through his kick off. When Anton Karakevych came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Ground Control fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Karakevych couldn't finish the play. If Amine Philibert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amine Philibert in the 17th minute of play. Jacobo Nores was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Amine Philibert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amine Philibert really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Amine Philibert took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Jacobo Nores to make any attempt to save it. 25 minutes into the game, Pascal Trefzer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paraguay's Xavier Zoido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Amine Philibert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jose Sanz hit a great ball. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Paraguay from getting a goal against them. When Amine Philibert came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ground Control fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amine Philibert couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Amine Philibert came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Karakevych kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jaime Pardo struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jérémie Millier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Ground Control's attentive Jacques Greff managed to snatch the ball when Jose Sanz made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Amine Philibert's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Jacobo Nores skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Amine Philibert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Amine Philibert sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jérémie Millier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The throw-in from Jose Sanz in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ground Control's Batiste Lassalle. Amine Philibert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan Campos hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Amine Philibert made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 84th minute Amine Philibert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Amine Philibert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Jose Sanz got a free kick in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amine Philibert in the 91st minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Karakevych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Paraguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ground Control.
