Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Emmanuel Pennington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yoel Quevedo having to make a save. 23 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Theodore Cagle came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Emmanuel Pennington cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. After 37 minutes, Allan Caudill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Recolta Alamor and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Recolta Alamor. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Bateman in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Chris Bateman notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Theodore Cagle came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Recolta Alamor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theodore Cagle couldn't finish the play. After the first half Recolta Alamor were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Chris Bateman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. Recolta Alamor's Phil Riggs quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Chris Bateman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-4. Chris Bateman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Recolta Alamor's Norman Donnelly was substituted for Chris Bateman. In the 75th minute, Recolta Alamor's Norman Donnelly ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Recolta Alamor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Newby didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norman Donnelly in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th match minute, Recolta Alamor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrod Dickinson to maneuver through the defense. Yoel Quevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Recolta Alamor played a much better game than Venezuela and deserved their victory. The Venezuela players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
