Kropotkins pojkar's Per-Arne Vidman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Kropotkins pojkar from getting a goal against them. After the first half Kropotkins pojkar were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Tahsin Elçioğlu got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 61st minute of play forced Kropotkins pojkar's goalkeeper Per-Arne Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tahsin Elçioğlu 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Tahsin Elçioğlu scored 1-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 78th minute of play forced Kropotkins pojkar's goalkeeper Per-Arne Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Arne Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 80th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Kropotkins pojkar's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Mastache came free, but Per-Arne Vidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Abram Secada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Arne Vidman was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. When Tahsin Elçioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Kropotkins pojkar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tahsin Elçioğlu couldn't finish the play. In the 91st play minute Tahsin Elçioğlu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pedro Manzanares. 1-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kropotkins pojkar had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
