The referee ignored Legacy Youth Academy's protests and gave Reynaldo Cebo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, Legacy Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Cebo to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lisandro Rameriz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Legacy Youth Academy's Faustino Montez in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Rameriz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lisandro Rameriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jeremias Marcones in the 28 minute of the game. After 32 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Reynaldo Cebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Reynaldo Cebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Legacy Youth Academy booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Legacy Youth Academy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmundo Espiga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reynaldo Cebo to strike the kick off in the second half. Faustino Montez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Cebo in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Lisandro Rameriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. When Legacy Youth Academy's Reynaldo Cebo in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Legacy Youth Academy's Lisandro Rameriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Honduras booed when Legacy Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Lyadzhin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match Luca Espinar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Rameriz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lisandro Rameriz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Honduras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Legacy Youth Academy to leave the ground with a draw.
