Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulo Maia kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Nivaldo Lameirinhas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th minute, Nivaldo Lameirinhas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Nivaldo Lameirinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Nivaldo Lameirinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Nivaldo Lameirinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. União Desportiva Airão's supporters rose to their feet, but Nivaldo Lameirinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a free kick in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Nivaldo Lameirinhas took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jacobo Nores to make any attempt to save it. Nivaldo Lameirinhas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Maia during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Nivaldo Lameirinhas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. Paulo Maia struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for União Desportiva Airão. Raul Venegas's late challenge caught a União Desportiva Airão's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Venegas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of União Desportiva Airão booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Nivaldo Lameirinhas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nivaldo Lameirinhas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a rather tough play, União Desportiva Airão's Nivaldo Lameirinhas got a free kick in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Maia came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Raul Venegas hit a great ball. If Ademar Bulhosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Nivaldo Lameirinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Juan Diego Tenorio threw the ball into play from the sideline. União Desportiva Airão's Jan Örtendahl quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 76 minutes, Nivaldo Lameirinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. União Desportiva Airão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nivaldo Lameirinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th match minute, União Desportiva Airão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Bulhosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Ademar Bulhosa made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 86th minute, Nivaldo Lameirinhas made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
