Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as 俞冰帆 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Polo Maldini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Albirex Niigata FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Khai Choy hit a great ball. Christian Goy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Albirex Niigata FC's zone, Axel Tasis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Goy came out of the goal and Axel Tasis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Polo Maldini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Benito Sanz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Polo Maldini did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Benito Sanz 25 minutes into the match. Albirex Niigata FC's Christian Goy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 31st minute of play. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Amir Pieng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 37 minutes, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Tasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gencho Ruski kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Hardo Kaarna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albirex Niigata FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. After a rather tough play, Albirex Niigata FC's Hardo Kaarna got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hardo Kaarna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Polo Maldini kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Amir Pieng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Amir Pieng might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amir Pieng ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. 俞冰帆 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrew Tongson went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hardo Kaarna in the 79th minute of play.
