Bonifacio Javiar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Pedro Manzanares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Satordi in the 16th minute of play. Bonifacio Javiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Nicolas Satordi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicolas Satordi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Meulman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rudolf Meulman came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bonifacio Javiar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rudolf Meulman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 34th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Meulman having to interfere. In the 39th minute Nicolas Satordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Pedro Manzanares threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicolas Satordi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rudolf Meulman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 43rd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bonifacio Javiar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abram Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Meulman having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Axel Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Rudolf Meulman to make any attempt to save it. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudolf Meulman. Rudolf Meulman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. After 70 played minutes Olimpo de Bahia Blanca got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Nesor. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Satordi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Inguma in the 74th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Pascual Carballar hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Arjen Robben in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Pascual Carballar. With a little luck, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Rudolf Meulman got control of the ball when Ignacio Mastache tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Ignacio Mastache slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rudolf Meulman. That made the score 2-4 after 96 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Colombia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olimpo de Bahia Blanca.
