Silvano Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Gonzales, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Saturnino Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Romo in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Gonzales came free, but Silvano Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florentino Berasko to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 84th minute, Jerzy Marchefka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
