Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Emilio Iannotti's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilio Iannotti helped the player get up and apologised. Emilio Iannotti kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Donovan Belli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 6th minute of play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Serra in the 8th minute of the match. Real Pozzino's Donovan Belli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 12th minute of play. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Dennis Corvasce scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 1-0. Dennis Corvasce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Filippo Serra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Filippo Serra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Dennis Corvasce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 28th minute of play forced Real Pozzino's goalkeeper Donovan Belli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Donovan Belli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Filippo Serra scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 2-0. Real Pozzino's Armin Minati quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Ferrant, made in the 47th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After 52 minutes, Filippo Serra made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filippo Serra went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Efrain Moruga made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Real Pozzino's Alfonso Rigoni. Dennis Corvasce lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Costa Rica a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Axel Tasis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Real Pozzino's Donovan Belli. 4-1. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Pozzino walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
