Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Abraham Alguacil in the 2ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ciprian Alupoaie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ciprian Alupoaie came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Isidoro Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ciprian Alupoaie had great luck who in the 8thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tomas Berganza from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcu Codruț during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 10 minutes into the match, A.C. Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Ciprian Alupoaie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2-0 became the score in the 12th minute when Tomas Berganza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Octav Hodorog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Ciprian Alupoaie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ciprian Alupoaie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in A.C. Milan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! The score was 3-0 after a penalty in the 22nd minute, where Panama:s Abraham Alguacil tricked A.C. Milan:s Ciprian Alupoaie with a difficult ball by the left post. After having played for 28 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Horațiu in the 34th minute of play. Tomas Berganza had several of the A.C. Milan's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Ciprian Alupoaie as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Panama booed when A.C. Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Horațiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Horațiu in the 41st minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot A.C. Milan's keeper Ciprian Alupoaie was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. A.C. Milan's Ciprian Alupoaie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 46th minute of play.

52 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of A.C. Milan's Ciprian Alupoaie. Ciprian Alupoaie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.C. Milan's goalie prevented a goal. Ciprian Alupoaie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the A.C. Milan defense, Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciprian Alupoaie. The A.C. Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciprian Alupoaie should have stopped the shot. Panama's attack was well implemented in the 62nd minute, but when Tomas Berganza was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciprian Alupoaie having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emil Horațiu got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciprian Alupoaie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emil Horațiu. 80 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Velicu came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, A.C. Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Buceceanu to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciprian Alupoaie having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Milan's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciprian Alupoaie came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panama fully deserved thier win.
