Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Società Sport Osasco's Emil Wincek. But to his dismay, Emil Wincek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 6 minutes in the game Boruc Rybak did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Boruc Rybak. 9 minutes into the match, La Società Sport Osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Samuel Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Samuel Santos made a huge save. In the 20thth minute of the game Emil Wincek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Felix Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Emil Wincek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Wincek in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Wincek in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Emil Wincek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Emil Wincek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. After 45 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Felix Garrido. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

La Società Sport Osasco's Emil Wincek got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Emil Wincek sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 58th minute of play forced La Società Sport Osasco's goalkeeper Samuel Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Emil Wincek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Emil Wincek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. La Società Sport Osasco's Bruno Quirino was substituted for Demircan Nadi. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Società Sport Osasco's goalie prevented a goal. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Gilvan Maranhense sent off a good shot on target. Gilvan Maranhense succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 88th playminute. A hard shot 91 in the game by Gilvan Maranhense from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. The La Società Sport Osasco supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Società Sport Osasco would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
