Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Victor Stan made the kick off and thus started the match. Matbaa Spor's Enis Behiç Ünsaç couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Costa Rica. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Victor Stan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Victor Stan might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Stan ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Stan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Victor Stan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Victor Stan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz stood somewhat misplaced when Victor Stan came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 25 minute. In the 27th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Victor Stan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matbaa Spor's Dursun Uslu got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Dursun Uslu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Victor Stan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. Victor Stan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Matbaa Spor's Victor Stan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The Matbaa Spor fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Matbaa Spor's Victor Stan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Victor Stan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Victor Stan notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd minute, Victor Stan made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. If Victor Stan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76th minute Victor Stan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Victor Stan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Matbaa Spor's Victor Stan. But to his dismay, Victor Stan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 84th minute, Victor Stan made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Victor Stan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matbaa Spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Stan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Stan in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Stan in the 92nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense.
