An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute of play forced BilascuBM's goalkeeper Dumitru Neața to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Cucu in the 15th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Horea Cucu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dumitru Neața showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play forced BilascuBM's goalkeeper Dumitru Neața to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match, Horea Cucu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Cucu in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play forced BilascuBM's goalkeeper Dumitru Neața to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Montenegro however managed to control. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dumitru Neața having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Cucu came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Neața saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Dumitru Neața made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dumitru Neața narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Horea Cucu managed to get in a good position for a shot. BilascuBM's supporters rose to their feet, but Horea Cucu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, BilascuBM's Dumitru Neața got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BilascuBM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Cucu came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino threw the ball into play from the sideline. BilascuBM's Răzvan Luncașu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Cucu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Dumitru Neața made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BilascuBM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silviu Paraschiv's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silviu Paraschiv helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd minute, Silviu Paraschiv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
