A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Ximun Jaen with Lopez Portanares as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 13th minute, Maximo Villamarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Red Reign's Dawid Ratulowski got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dawid Ratulowski stood somewhat misplaced when Axel Montenegro came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Dawid Ratulowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 22nd minute. Red Reign's Armando Hera managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Antonio Indiano in the 25 minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Red Reign's goalkeeper Dawid Ratulowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. Lopez Portanares kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 32 minutes of play, Colombia's Santino Seco made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dawid Ratulowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Maximo Villamarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Abram Sarmiento reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dawid Ratulowski. The goal made the score 3-2. Dawid Ratulowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Mastache in the 45th minute. Maximo Villamarin struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Reign. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

53 minutes into the game, Joshua Garrido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colombia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Reign the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Joshua Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the game, Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. In the 58th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dawid Ratulowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Fabian Cerdeño hit a great ball. When Joshua Garrido was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Joshua Garrido got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villamarin came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Pascual Carballar got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Ignacio Mastache in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Red Reign's Armando Hera. In the 77th minute, Colombia's Samuel Navarro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Samuel Navarro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colombia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Samuel Navarro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the match had been going on for 78 minutes, Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pedro Manzanares. 82 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villamarin came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Villamarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maximo Villamarin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Fabian Cerdeño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Pascual Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Red Reign walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
