Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sebastian Johans started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, Blue Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Johans to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute Sebastian Johans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute of the match, Sebastian Johans tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Isadore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play forced Blue Team's goalkeeper Evaristo Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Evaristo Isadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Blue Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Boniel to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Blue Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Boniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Reynoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Isadore was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Sancho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 51 minute of play. Pablo Bembe hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes of play, Blue Team's Pablo Bembe made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Isadore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Blue Team booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Blue Team's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Evaristo Isadore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Evaristo Isadore made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Evaristo Isadore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Isadore. Evaristo Isadore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Evaristo Isadore made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Luis Andino sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 81st minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Bembe in the 83rd minute of play. Evaristo Isadore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 84th minute of play. Pablo Bembe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo Bembe hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
