When Daniel Zorita got free in front of the goal in the 9th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. 任凡镇 was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 10th minute, 姚瑜宽 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with 任凡镇 in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. D.J. 赵云 hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. D.J. 赵云's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, ☆战国☆中国国民革命游击队's 贺思锋 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 任凡镇 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute. D.J. 赵云 kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 任凡镇. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 任凡镇 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute. In the 42nd match minute, ☆战国☆中国国民革命游击队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 毛挺宽 to maneuver through the defense. Wlodzimierz Kloczko kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when 毛挺宽 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 任凡镇 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, ☆战国☆中国国民革命游击队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 毛挺宽 to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 贺思锋 in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute 毛挺宽 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If D.J. 赵云 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
