Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice moves Estrada Azcona could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Estrada Azcona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Terho Pasoja scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estrada Azcona in the 14th minute of play. The CD Suscal fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when CD Suscal's Estrada Azcona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 28 minutes of play, CD Suscal's Estrada Azcona made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 36th minute of play forced CD Suscal's goalkeeper 庄冰悦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz stood somewhat misplaced when Estrada Azcona came free in front of goal and shot 7-0 to the left of him in the 39 minute. If Estrada Azcona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estrada Azcona in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Terho Pasoja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0.

The wind increased when Estrada Azcona made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Estrada Azcona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Umbruso Rial received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute Estrada Azcona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, one of Costa Rica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Costa Rica. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for CD Suscal. Lázaro Loco stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benito Sanz. 9-0. In the 65th minute, Terho Pasoja left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Suscal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Estrada Azcona in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Estrada Azcona went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. In the 93rdth minute of the game Estrada Azcona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CD Suscal had played much better football throughout.
